Israel attacked Iran's capital and its nuclear program. Two important army leaders died. This was the biggest attack on Iran since its war with Iraq in the 1980s. Israel said they attacked because Iran's nuclear program was growing fast, and they wanted to stop a possible danger. Iran sent drones back, and their leader said Israel would be punished. Israeli planes attacked about 100 places, including Iran's main nuclear site. After the attack, planes could not fly in Israel, Iran, Iraq, and Jordan. Also, oil prices went up a lot. Israel said they expect Iran to attack back soon.
