Help groups say Israel's plan for help in Gaza is bad.

Mike Huckabee, the U.S. ambassador, said a new way to give help would start soon. He asked groups like the U.N. to join. The U.N. said no. They said the new way is bad and will not help people enough.

Many people in Gaza need food. They go to places to get food because they have no food at home. But these places are closing. There is not enough food for many people.

Raed and his children did not get food because there was no more. He thought, 'What can I give them to eat?'

Since March 2, Israel has stopped food, medicine, and fuel from going into Gaza.

Israel says it will not give help until it has a new way to give it.

Help for people is important. It must not be used to make a deal, said a UNICEF person named James Elder. There is an easy way. Open the way, let help in, and save lives.

Huckabee said they will tell more about the new system soon.

He said the place would be free from Israel. People would keep it safe, not the army. He also said this was needed because Hamas took the help.

It will not be perfect at the start, Huckabee said.

A new group from the U.S. wants to help people in Gaza. This group has different people like soldiers and people who help others.

GHF said it would start with four places to give out things. Guards would watch these places. Each place would help 300,000 people. This is about half the people in Gaza. Huckabee said they will make the system bigger soon.

People who help say Palestinians must go to special places to get food, or walk far. They say these places will not be in the north of Gaza, where many people live.

During the war, Israel told people in the north of Gaza to go away. They said it was to keep them safe because soldiers were fighting Hamas there.

He said the plan could make it hard for weak people, like children and old people, to go to the safe places.

Last month, 20 groups helping people in Gaza said the plan would make Palestinians stay in small areas.

Some people say Israel wants to choose who gets help. This makes some people worried.

He said people who need help in places with fighting will be in danger.

Elder said more children could get hurt or die because of this plan.

Help workers say the new way will not give enough help.

UNRWA helped. This is a big group that helps people who had to leave their homes. Israel said that some people in UNRWA were helping Hamas. UNRWA said they fire people who do bad things. They also said Israel did not give them proof.

A person from UNRWA said they help many people. It is hard to do good work without them.

Ruth from Oxfam said we need big groups to help people. This takes time and skill. A new system without help and trust will not work.

Huckabee asked UN groups and help groups to join the new plan.

A man from the U.N. said Israel did not listen to their worries about help. He said that people did not steal a lot of food.

Many help trucks cannot enter Gaza every day. This makes the problem bad for people.
