His name is Christian Castro.
He left a Texas jail on Thursday.

The man's name is Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis.
He is 24 years old.
Castro shot him in the leg on Jan. 14.
He shot through a front door.
Castro said the man and another man attacked an officer.
Prosecutors say that is not true.
Minnesota police took Castro on May 29.
They wanted him back.
Texas law says he must go free after 90 days.
A judge named Fernando Rodriguez Jr. said the case was not ready.
He said Minnesota could not show that Texas Governor Greg Abbott broke the law.
Minnesota's lawyer is Keith Ellison.
He said Abbott helps bad people.
Abbott said Minnesota lawyers do not know the law.
Minnesota officials say Castro may run to Mexico.
They say he called a woman there about a house.
The judge saw the risk.
But he said the risk alone was not enough.
