McDonnell said: Police caught 197 people on Tuesday. 67 people were on the road. Police took them.
Shops were open on Monday. Police did not talk.
Police arrested many people. They did not leave. Some people hurt others. Some people took things. Some people broke things. Some people tried to kill. Police officers got hurt. Two police officers went to the hospital. They are okay now.
