Comey put a photo of shells on Instagram. He said the shells looked like the numbers "86 47". He said he saw them when he walked on the beach.

Some people who worked with Trump said Comey wanted someone to kill Trump. Noem said the police will look into this.

Merriam-Webster says "86" can mean "throw out" or "refuse." It also says some people use it to mean "kill," but this is new and not common.

The message is gone now. Comey then said, "I put up a photo of shells from my walk on the beach. I thought it was about politics. I did not know some people think those numbers mean violence."

Comey wrote something. Some people did not like it. Donald Trump Jr. said Comey wanted his father to die.
