More than 10 people in the U.S. are sick from eating bad food. A company is taking back some food they sold. Government people said this.

A food group in the U.S. is looking into why people got sick. They ate food from a company called Fresh & Ready Foods in California. Ten people got sick and needed to go to the hospital.

The company sold the products in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Washington. They were in shops, hotels, hospitals, airports, and on planes.

If you eat food with Listeria, you might feel sick. You could have a fever, feel tired, or have a headache.

Officials started looking into the problem last year. They didn't know what caused it. They started looking again in April. This was because they found the same problem in food from a company called Fresh & Ready Foods.

The company said it quickly fixed the problem.

Six people got sick and went to the hospital. Food from one company was in three hospitals where these people were before they got sick.

They took tests from sick people from December 2023 to September 2024.

Fresh & Ready stopped selling some foods. The dates on these foods are from April 22 to May 19. The names on the foods are Fresh & Ready Foods, City Point Market Fresh Food to Go, and Fresh Take Crave Away.
