The school said the investigation found some actions.

These actions showed a disregard for Carolina's values and standards of conduct.

The school did not say what those actions were.

The school also said the actions were isolated.

They were not a systemic failure.

Nate Huff is the lead investigator and an attorney.

He said his team did about 60 interviews.

He confirmed the probe looked into some allegations.

These include possible drug use, inappropriate relationships and NCAA rule violations.

Huff said he never felt limited or steered.

University and athletics leaders did not do this, he said.

He said his team had full access.

He said Bill Belichick and his staff made themselves available during the season.

Bill Belichick said he believes his program totally follows the rules.

He added that everyone is responsible for doing things properly.

That includes himself, he said.

The school said it continues to support him and the football program.

UNC said all necessary corrective actions are underway.

It said it considers the investigation resolved.

The school declined to comment on specific individuals.

It cited its personnel policy.
