"Practical Magic 2" comes almost 30 years after the first film in 1998.

Sally and Gillian go to England to help her.

The review says the new film is not as funny as the first one.

It tries to be really scary instead.

But this does not work well.

It does not have the fun parts that made the scary parts of the first film easy to enjoy.

But the review still likes the acting.

Bullock and Kidman are funny.

Dianne Wiest, Stockard Channing and King show the sad feelings.

Lee Pace plays a British expert on witchcraft.

He is also Sally's love interest.

The review says the best part is the friendship between Bullock and Kidman.

Their real-life friendship keeps the long film going.

The music also helps, and Stevie Nicks comes back.

It is rated PG-13 and is 130 minutes long.
