JetZero, a company from California, will build a new factory in North Carolina. This factory will make new planes. It can create many jobs, about 14,500, in ten years. The company will spend $4.7 billion to build the factory at the airport in Greensboro. The new plane will use much less fuel than old planes. Two airlines have given money for this project. The factory might get $2.35 billion from the state. JetZero wants to use these planes in the 2030s. They want to make 20 planes every month. The plane will have about 250 seats and can fly very far.
