The aforementioned corporation intends to allocate $4.7 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility within the Greensboro airport complex, dedicated to the production of the Z4 aircraft, a blended-wing design projected to yield up to a 50% enhancement in fuel efficiency compared to conventional passenger aircraft, with United Airlines and Alaska Airlines already having committed capital to the project and executed provisional purchase agreements.

Encompassing within its scope a dedicated research facility for composite structures, this project anticipates incentivisation exceeding $2.35 billion from state and local authorities by the 2060s; JetZero envisions operational deployment of its aircraft by the early 2030s, projecting a production cadence of twenty units per month, initially prioritising commercial airliners configured with approximately 250 seats and a transoceanic range of 5,000 nautical miles.
