Japan's money is less. This is because of USA and Donald Trump. People in Japan are not happy.
Japan's money is less in January to March. It is smaller than before. The government says it is 0.2% less.
Exports declined at an annual rate of 2.3%. Consumer spending remained flat, while capital investment grew 5.8%.
Trump's rules may be bad for big shops in Japan, like car shops. It is hard to know what to do, because Trump changes his mind.
S&P said car companies in some areas may have more costs and less money. This is because they make cars in different places.
Companies can sell things.

Japan has problems with money. Many old people live there, and not many babies are born.
The Bank of Japan is a bank. The bank is raising rates. Prices are going up.
The news says the economy is not strong. So, the bank may not raise rates.
Some people say: make the tax of 10% lower. This can help people.
But Shigeru Ishiba has not said yes. Japan does not have much money now.
