CaaStle started in 2011 to help people find plus-sized clothes. In 2018, it changed to help clothing stores make money. Now, it has money problems, according to Axios.
The company has very little money. CEO Christine Hunsicker has left. The police are checking money issues, Axios said.
CaaStle did not answer when asked. TechCrunch saw that CaaStle's job board has no jobs. This can be a bad sign for a new company.
The startup got more than $530 million in total, but it got $43 million in 2019. Experts say that 2025 will be a tough year for many startups.
